We start off by cleaning the home of built up dirt and debris. In most cases we will powerwash the entire home to clean. In other cases were home is badly peeling or power washing is not an option we will clean the home by hand scrubbing it to ensure clean surfaces to work on.

We will then begin preparing the house to paint. All plants, sidewalks, furniture etc. will be covered for protection. When peeling paint is present we will scrape and sand with a fine finish sander. All paint chips will be collected in plastic and disposed of. Areas that are damaged will be primed to seal the surface, then patched or filled, and primed again to ensure there will be no flashing or repairs made. All wood siding will be caulked to seal from elements and all primers used are seperate from paints.

Any stucco damage on home will be inspected and scraped off were peeling. We will prime damaged areas to seal underlying surface then repair the stucco and match surrounding textures. Repairs will be primed after drying to ensure they are sealed and will not flash.

After fully preparing the home we will apply 2 coats of paint on all areas to be painted using the colors of your choice. All areas will be painted using the traditional brush and roll method. This method serves to make sure we get a thick and evenly applied finish while also helping to eliminate the chance of overspray on areas that are not being painted. This method also helps us to save on use of plastic coverings which will end up as garbage. We strive to be environmentally friendly in our work.
